Copyright complaints
If you own material you believe has been reproduced here without permission, write to us with: the work in question, the address of the page where it appears, enough contact detail for a reply, and a statement that you believe the use was not authorised. Point to the specific page rather than the site as a whole — it is what lets us act the same day.
Content that appears to infringe is taken down or disabled while the claim is reviewed. We would rather remove something and discuss it than leave it up and argue.
Removing a directory listing
Listings for teachers, schools, and venues are compiled from information those people and organisations publish about themselves. Direct contact details — telephone numbers and email addresses — are never published in the public listing.
If you are listed and would rather not be, say so and the entry is removed. No justification is required, and we will not ask for one. If a listing is inaccurate, tell us what is wrong and it will be corrected.
Corrections to reference material
For factual errors in the glossary or in any article — a mistaken definition, a misattributed source, a wrong date — the correction route is the same address, and the fix is credited to no one but gets made.
