Convention places them at the first Dha of the first tihai, the middle Dha of the second, and the final Dha of the third, which also resolves the whole form. "Kamal" means "marvel"; the name is earned by the arithmetic.
Composing one is a puzzle in modular arithmetic dressed as music, and performing one cleanly is proof of total structural command. They are rare, treasured, and usually announced — the audience is invited to verify the landings.
